Here's a women's ground for you to guess:

In Yangju, if your cabbage doesn't understand you and you have valid reason for not eating it, then it is ok to go to other vegetables for your kimchi - though strictly nothing from south of Namyangju. -- Martyrs Forever

It looks like somewhere in the US, near the sea, so maybe Pacific Northwest. It might be one of the WPSL or W-League stadiums but it looks way out of town on ground that isn't used for much, so it would be odd if it was just a high school pitch. The grey strip in the large picture looks like it might be an old runway so possibly somewhere near or on a large military base. Maybe it's a college pitch, someone who has only a women's team? The photos are taken from the air, so they're either off the internet or paquebot flew over in a hot air balloon.

You're correct that it's in the US, near the sea (the Pacific Ocean), and used by a college team. It's not in the Pacific Northwest though. And, for the record, I've never flown in a hot air balloon. Not sure how much help I should give here, but I'll add that both the team name and stadium name include a non-English word.

You've got it. Waipio Peninsula Soccer Stadium, home to the University of Hawaii Rainbow Wahine women's soccer team.

There was a story about that Stockholm place. Lovely little ground it is, despite the running track, with a wooden roof, medieval style royal box and castle motifs. The sun was shining on a beautiful Stockholm evening, with kickoff scheduled for 7:30pm, and being the beginning of July, the sun was still shining at the end of the match too. Kickoff was even delayed because when the players came out of the tunnel, the smoke bombs were released, and the ref took the players straight off again

Swedish football has a somewhat difficult relationship with its fans, but there was none of the airport-style, full body searching at the turnstiles that you get in Germany and they even had table football and bouncy castles for the kids at half-time on the running track.

and English expat and former Pompey star, James "I'd love to play for Sweden" Keene, scored the winner for Djurgården. (That was my hello to mustoe if he ever reads this :smt006 )

Here's another venue, also because it has a little story behind it. Which unofficial national team plays on this lovely bit of (newly laid) carpet?

I don't suppose it's the Aramean Syriac (Assyrian) national team, represented by Assyriska Föreningen and Syrianska FC at Södertälje Fotbollsarena in Sweden?

Is it Palestine's Faisal Al-Husseini International Stadium?

I was going to guess Greenland, but apparently their "national" stadium has a dirt pitch. It may also have appeared here before

Nice. Did you see much Assyrian-related paraphernalia while you were there? Interesting to see that the national team is banned from playing in Syria.

I'll be away on vacation starting this Thursday so it might be better if someone else takes my turn both here and in the 'Korean Football Trivia Thread' :smt004

It's obviously in Thailand and near a big airport, so it's probably in Bangkok. Not one of the big Bangkok stadiums so a bit of googling and...Forza Stadium of Samut Prakan Customs United. The customs officers from Suvarnabhumi Airport? If you take a bag into the stadium you might well come out with more than you went in with.
