Yep, that's less rubbish.

Back to Korea though. What do you think Hong's plan is going to be? Grind out a 0-0 snoozefest? If I was The Korean manager that's what I'd be aiming to do tonight and bollocks to the watching world.

His quotes in the papers today were along the lines of 'most important thing is not to lose' so yes expect an attempt to grind out a 0-0. However, the defence isn't good enough for that in my opinion.

Not sure what the weather will be like... I can see some hard work and chasing for the Koreans tonight so if its hot and sticky they might get into trouble later in the match.

Of course Algeria might sneak a point off Belgium and Korea somehow steal a 1-0 win and be sitting top of the group later!

The first is already looking more likely as Algeria take the lead from a penalty.

Belgium turn it to win 2-1 with goals from their subs. Not a bad result from Korea's perspective. Belgium looked very clueless in the first 65 mins. Algeria defended in depth and pressed very well until they ran out of gas towards the end. Kevin de Bruyne had a very Rooneyesque match, stuck out on the left, he looked like he had a serious case of sunburn and hardly lived up to his hype, but he did deliver a nice cross for their first goal.

Hi for all! Interested in South Korea since 2000, constantly listening to international broadcast from your country KBS World Radio. Sicken for Korean football team with the championship on your football fields (also for Spain). Today your team will warmly support not only your wonderful country, but my native Ukraine, which is torn apart by Russian terrorists. Fans and Ultras Republic of Korea, support us, and we will support your heroes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRHkwaVf1Ok ! My prediction 1-0 or 2-1 in favor of South Korea. With the victory ahead! Terrorussia, GO HOME :)

Anyone on here going to the streets of Seoul, or one of the stadiums that are showing the game?

Have you seen those websites where they just give the surnames of players? Ever tried to work out a line up that's something like

Jung
Kim
Lee
Kwak
Park
Ki
Kim
Lee
Park
Lee
Koo

Give me unpronounceable over indecipherable any day! :)

True.

The 7am kick-off makes it problematic to get to work after the game. I'll probably head along for the Algeria game though.

Right now before kickoff I think I'd take a draw.
