For those of you in the Ulsan area, the Ulsan museum will be running an exhibition on Choi Sung-gon, scorer of South Korea's first ever competitive international goal when he opened the scoring against Mexico at the 1948 Olympics in London. More about the exhibition and the chap here.

Saw this article on Daum about Lee Jae-hyung's memorabilia collection and it has a few photos of the stuff he has:

Currently wearing my class white 2002 World Cup cargo shorts I bought near Anyang sa gori in 2003! So worn out can only be worn at home. Bought my daughter a kids hanbok in 2009 that said made in DPRK on it. Guess that was made in Gaesong.

Saw Cha Du Ri's dad Chamboom auction off a WC replica trophy for 12 million at a function at the Hyatt one night- line to get a photo with him was a mile long!

I still wear a good condition Be The Reds t-shirt from time to time which embarrasses my wife who says that only ajeosshi's wear those still. Well guess what I am ajuma?!!

Also wear a be the reds hat, and a couple of WC2002 official caps too.

That hanbok might not necessarily be made at Gaesong. I still regularly wear a cargo vesty type thing that has made in DPRK on it and I bought it at Carrefour in 2002. I think the odd thing slips out through the Chinese or Russian borders or by ship elsewhere somewhat legitimately and ends up in South Korea through different supply chains.

Don't mind a round of golf once in a blue moon. But not a big TV watcher of it :)
