The ex Gyeongnam CEO tried to commit suicide today but failed in his attempt to kill himself.

Proving that he is 100% guilty of the actions he has illegally done. Watch this space cos this one could go on a while.

I know K2 has dropped off in interest lately (I am back in Korea next month so will start contributing more again) but I noticed Jonathon is tearing it up for Daegu......8 goals in the last 4 games, its his goals that have rocketed them up to the top of the league.

Wonder if Daegu will do a Daejeon next season? Flop badly and sell their red hot scorer to FC Seoul?

No doubt there is a good chance Jonathon could be off during the winter....easily the best season of his career, might not be able to repeat it so good chance to cash in, both for the player and Daegu

Bucheon is up to 50 points for the first time in the league. I have a very real feeling that we're going to be just outside the bubble for the playoffs but this season has exceeded expectations by a long shot.

Sangju is doing their traditional end of season implosion (got a win last round though) so Bucheon have a good chance I think....next round is key. Bucheon is at Sangju, if they can win they will only be two behind with five rounds left...highly possible, lose and it could too much.

Goyang have made things interesting at the top, they're well out of the playoff race but have just gone and beaten league leaders Daegu 3-2.

The Ferrets won't be taking advantage of that slip-up though, they're presently 4-0 down at half time at home to Suwon FC...

Bucheon did as they do and lost crucial points to a "end of season crap" Sangju team. So the gap widens between 5th and fourth place. :(

I wonder if Suwon City are going to be getting any Bluewings fans in attendance, they certainly seem like a team that is a little bit of fun to watch. I know I am rooting for them to get promoted.

Top four looks pretty set now but the order does not....I had a look at Sangjus lineup and on paper they are stronger than any team in the K2 which was a bit of a shock..lots of fringe nats team players there.

Would not be shocked if Busan finds itself in K2 next season if they come against any of these K2 teams....got a feeling it coukd be 2 up and 2 down.

Day of little consequence in the Challenge with the bottom four citizen clubs fighting it out.... not much action either

Gyeongnam 0 Gangwon 0 (2556 in Geoje...even when they go on the road the crowds are piss poor now)
Anyang 1 Chungju 0 (906) -Anyang on the stroke of halftime.... pretty much puts Chungju in the cellar again.

Bigger games tomorrow however with all teams with something to play for:
Suwon vs Daegu
Eland vs. Bucheon

Monday:
Sangju vs. Goyang

Piss poor compared to what they used to get, but still almost three times what they got in oh-my-God-it's-so-important-that-this-city-get-a-team-again Anyang.

Btw, since you were recently nearby, what ever happened to njs? He moans on here constantly for ten years about Anyang not having a team and as soon as they get one he disappears. Lost his raison d'etre?

In Yangju, if your cabbage doesn't understand you and you have valid reason for not eating it, then it is ok to go to other vegetables for your kimchi - though strictly nothing from south of Namyangju. -- Martyrs Forever

Sunday done and it looks like Daegu are getting close.....a slip up by Sangju tomorrow and Daegu must have one hand on the trophy........ as for Bucheon, their loss against Eland pretty much sets the top four in stone..... order still yet to be sorted though.

Suwon 0 Daegu 2 (1589)
Eland 1 Bucheon 0 (1629)

Table with four rounds to go

1. Daegu 64pts (4 to play)
2. Eland 59pts (3 to play)
3. Sangju 58 pts (5 to play)
4. Suwon 58 pts (4 to play)
---------------------------------------------
5. Bucheon 50pts (4 to play)
6. Goyang 48 pts (4 to play)
