), Moldova better than Sweden and Scotland better than Oman. Who's to say, who's to say? DR Congo don't appear to have a league, which is a shame because their team won the CAF Champions League. And those pesky New Zealanders don't deserve a rating either.
I suppose Estonia (and Angola) has to be higher than Poland because Levadia Tallinn beat Wisla Krakow in the Champions League. Is that how it works?
