Yes!

There are two routes to success in football. One is being good. The other is being lucky. You need both to win a championship. But you need only one to win a match.

I'Park are playing one match at the Gudeok this season, against Jeonbuk on April 15th, which I would imagine is a farewell to the old stadium before the bulldozers move in? All other matches will take place at the Asiad.

I still firmly believe it's only the gymnasium and baseball stadium being knocked down. The club haven't mentioned anything to the supporters and we had dinner with them less than a month ago. Only two years ago they replaced 80% of the seats with brand new flippy ones with arms, rescreeded the surface of the seating area and installed an enormous jumbotron. I doubt very much it's going to be demolished this season.

Historically the I'Park have usually played one game at the Gudeok per season. In the past it's been against Gyeongnam and billed as "the classic match" for provincial bragging rights. One time Girls Generation even provided the half time entertainment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Db_8F90xGY I assume it's just that type of event again with Jeonbuk subbing for relegated Gyeongnam.

That was fun to watch. Not nearly the polished performance we are used to see from groups of this level. The dog thing in the back at times seemed to know the moves better than them :P
