I'm not so sure the Yongin Football Centre (with that website) is related to Yongin FC (the K3 club). I think Yongin City Hall are the driving force behind the new team, rather than the football centre which is a coaching centre for schoolkids.

Well there's the expat league website

Don't know if you want to include the official team sites or not but there have been a couple of teams from the league who have played in the preliminary stages of the Korean FA Cup.

Also the Anyang Citizen website
