The 2017 WK-League began on April 14. Games are being played on Fridays and Mondays this season so there have been two rounds already. It looks like we are up to 8 teams this season with the addition of Gyeongju KHNP so it means every team can play in every round this time. Here are the results so far:
Round 1 (April 14)
Incheon Hyundai 1-1 Gumi Sportstoto
Suwon City Hall 1-1 Seoul City Hall
Boeun Sangmu 1-0 Gyeongju KHNP
Hwacheon KSPO 1-0 Icheon Daekyo
Round 2 (April 17)
Hwacheon KSPO 3-1 Boeun Sangmu
Suwon City Hall 2-1 Incheon Hyundai
Gyeongju KHNP 0-2 Gumi Sportstoto
Icheon Daekyo 2-0 Seoul City Hall
And the next two rounds of fixtures (note after today there is a break next week):
Round 3 (Friday April 21)
(19:00) Gumi Sportstoto vs Hwacheon KSPO (Gumi Civil Stadium)
(19:00) Boeun Sangmu vs Seoul City Hall (Boeun Civil Stadium)
(17:00) Gyeongju KHNP vs Incheon Hyundai (Gyeongju Football Park - pitch No 4.)
(19:00) Suwon City Hall vs Icheon Daekyo (Suwon Civil Stadium)
Round 4 (Monday May 8 )
(19:00) Hwacheon KSPO vs Gyeongju KHNP (Hwacheon Life Sports Park)
(19:00) Boeun Sangmu vs Suwon City Hall (Boeun Civil Stadium)
(16:00) Seoul City Hall vs Gumi Sportstoto (Hyochang Park)
(19:00) Icheon Daekyo vs Incheon Hyundai (Icheon Civil Stadium)
Those grounds should be their regular ones - Incheon, who are away the next two rounds, are playing at Namdong Rugby Stadium again. Seoul will most likely play at Hyochang until the summer when if previous seasons are anything to go by, they'll move to the Jamsil practice pitch which has floodlights good enough for evening kick-offs.

It doesn't get better than Hyochang on a late Spring Monday afternoon, Cass in hand and humming a tune I like to call "Oh, I wish I was watching the Martyrs". Last season I spent a lot of time at the R-League but this year it seems all of the local teams are playing their "home" games either at their training grounds or in the middle of nowhere. Or both.
It's the women or nothing this time around.
