Just in Seoul there's Jungnang Chorus Mustang in Jungnang-gu and Seoul United in Nowon-gu (unless they've permanently moved). Then in north/northeastern Gyeonggi you've got Uijeongbu, Yangju, and Pocheon. The stadiums in Uijeongbu and Yangju are both on Seoul Metro Line 1, and Line 7 is being extended up into Pocheon. Don't think it would take that much longer to reach Goyang's ground, either.
I guess I should have been clearer - I meant no 'bigger' clubs from the top couple of divisions there. I still reckon whichever of the K3 sides gets properly organised first has a good chance of capturing a lot of the market up there as a lot of Koreans will gravitate towards whoever's closest and playing at the highest level.
