Its name is Busan FC but their owner is not city but some citizen. Their final goal is become a cooperate club by Busan citizens.

Is this a repeat of Goyang KB Kookmin Bank FC spawning Goyang Citizen FC?

I can see it now ... a fan of Busan I'Park gets fed up with the team's supposedly deliberate attempt to relegate -- a way for Hyundai to have an excuse to cut funding -- and sets out on his own to realize his dream of a city club founded on the principles of purity, passion, and Pusan fish cake.
In Yangju, if your cabbage doesn't understand you and you have valid reason for not eating it, then it is ok to go to other vegetables for your kimchi - though strictly nothing from south of Namyangju. -- Martyrs Forever

If they put a K3 team in Busan hopefully it encourages other places in the south to do the same.

Not so much. They just make their club not regarding IPark.

Indeed, here's an article by Busan Ilbo about it (in Korean).

I recall many pleas for more K3 southern teams on this very forum. My dream is a Northern division and a Southern division, working in the same way that the two leagues work now - but without the half point thing - and the winners of each one meeting in a final, that is played at the World Cup Stadium, where only people who can prove that they have attended more than half a dozen K3 games that year may enter. Children and drunken old men may enter without limit.

No! Surely the whole point of the K3 is that Pyeongchang have to go to Yeongkwang whether they want to or not or whether anyone else actually cares enough to watch it?

If we start making it too easy other people might start watching!

Don't worry, Pyeongchang will obviously be in the southern league, as they are really Hong-eo eaters from Gwangsan.
Bring back King Cha.

WEEKEND TRIP!

Has to be for the Martyrs game, of course. No point traveling for anther team. Its all about how many goals you get to see, after all.
There are two routes to success in football. One is being good. The other is being lucky. You need both to win a championship. But you need only one to win a match.

K3 Cheonan FC renamed into Cheonan-Asan FC from next season.
This is because Asan United and Cheonan FC united this spring. And they will get money from both city council. What a smart team they are! They will also play on both city, so we have to go Asan to watch Cheonan's game.

Some stories now saying that Cheonan are going to relocate to Cheongju for the 2016 season which will mean there are two K3 sides in the city?

Yes. I think so.

Or relocation of original Cheongju FC

Or... the big picture of SMC Engineering to unite two clubs to become a pro club?!

While clicking around Yangju's site I noticed that Gyeongju fans are very good at not photo-bombing pictures. Even in the play-offs:

There were a few people in attendance though:
