Re: Gang-gone FC?

Sad to hear, but the budget has been trimmed every year since falling down to the K2, and other things need to be paid for as well.

Re: K-League Challenge Play-offs

So Suwon and Seoul tied 3-3 in Suwon tonight and Suwon are moving on to play Daegu on Saturday? I am not understanding how they determined it, but that's how its working out.

Re: 2015 K3 League season

Thanks, Martyrs! My girlfriend originally said she was going to cheer for Pocheon but eventually switched to supporting Gyeongju (as she should have been from the start!). Her stated reason was, "Pocheon is too rural", which I think may have had something to do with the local police force...

They would be the one actual "united" team in the league! :smt081

Re: 2015 Awards

Pohang station has reopened again, has it not? They seem to have just knocked down the quaint little tiled roof building and punted all the prostitutes to make room for a shiny new station big enough to fit KTX trains in? Yes, they've "reopened" Pohang station, in that there is a new stat...

Suwon defeated Sangju 5-2 last night. Keeping things interestig for the playoff seedings.

Re: 2015 Awards

Oh and Pohang has two bloody bus stations with confusing names so you end up getting the bus to the wrong one and having to walk to the other one with a sore foot after falling in the shower of a Busan love motel the day before. That counts against it as well. Yeah, no other city in Korea does that...

Re: 2015 Awards

Ulsan skoosh it 5-0. Only if you completely ignore having a stadium more than ten times the size of the average crowd. It's 5km from Pohang station to the Steelyard. The buses are every ten minutes and you could walk it in an hour. The same hour it would take to get from Ulsan station to Munsu just...

Re: 2015 K-League Challenge (K2) Rounds 21-36

Disappointing for Bucheon, but have to be thrilled with the overall season. I expected them to be in the cellar or darned near it, and getting fifth is amazing. There's always next year! :)

Re: Siheung and Andong

Is the KFA looking at freezing out the National League? I'm sure its happened in the past, and is currently happening in the US with NASL.

Re: 2015 K-League Challenge (K2) Rounds 21-36

Bucheon did as they do and lost crucial points to a "end of season crap" Sangju team. So the gap widens between 5th and fourth place. :( I wonder if Suwon City are going to be getting any Bluewings fans in attendance, they certainly seem like a team that is a little bit of fun to watch. I ...

Re: 2015 K-League Challenge (K2) Rounds 21-36

Bucheon is up to 50 points for the first time in the league. I have a very real feeling that we're going to be just outside the bubble for the playoffs but this season has exceeded expectations by a long shot.

Re: 2015 K3 League season

I'm predicting a Pocheon-Paju final. Bastards! @changwonmatty - Piggy and Sampo have been everywhere! Piggy probably made it to the local high school tournament and walked up about six mountains too.... Piggy is a man possessed! Made the 48 plus the basket ball plus the baseball (the reserve league...
