Re: Scottish football 2016/17

Aberdeen are now potentially one match away from what has surely got to be a unique double - having finished runners-up to Rangers (RIP) in all three major domestic competitions in 1992/93 they are now on course to finish runners-up in the league, League Cup and Scottish Cup to Celtic this season. ...

Re: 2017 K3 League Basic (D5) season

On the subject of match stats, not sure whether Siheung boss Gleguer Zorzin has left, slept in or they've just not bothered entering his name but he doesn't appear under the coaching staff section of the JoinKFA match details - it only lists coaches Kang Eun-seok and 로우렌쏭 (Lauren Song?) as being in ...

Re: 2017 K3 League Basic (D5) season

JoinKFA website reckons the attendance at the Goyang game was 324, that's 54 more than were at the home victory over Uijeongbu last time out. Clearly making K3 a paid-for product makes it more attractive..

Re: 2017 K3 League Basic (D5) season

What the fuck is happening with Goyang? Getting ideas way above their station, now it's pay at the gate to get in AND they're screwing away fans for double the price of the home fans!

Re: K-League Challenge 2017

Seongnam and Daejeon joint bottom of the K2 in 2017.. rewind to 2007 and the two ended up qualifying for the post season K1 championship playoffs. Some fall from grace for both clubs.

Re: 2017 K-League Classic

Still was not said here, but Bluewings defender Lee Jung-Soo had a conflict with Suwon fans after the 0-0 draw against Gwangju. Few days later he decided to retire from the game. ACL winner with Al Sadd. Scored for South Korea at World Cup 2010. Great player. He is 37. Suwon have been going great g...

Re: 2017 K3 League Basic (D5) season

Why have we only got one point after a win and a draw? They were punished by KFA because of 'Not having a medical staff last year'. So -3 points were given. '3 No medical staff = 1 Referee buying' Hell yeah Is the "not having a medical staff" related to not having paramedics & ambulan...

Re: Scottish football 2016/17

1999-2000 was one of my favourite ever football seasons, Aberdeen produced some absolutely mental performances ranging from the 6-0 and 7-0 defeats to Celtic, to the 6-5 win at Fir Park with two of Scotland's best ever goalies Leighton and Goran conceding goals for fun at either end, to Zerouali's m...

Sacking Martin Rennie has worked out well. Weren't they supposed to be winning the ACL next season?
