Re: The "48"

Congratulations Steve. Fastest ever I reckon. I'd thought my three year duration was pretty quick.

Re: 2015 K3 League season

I like the idea of the board game. Can I suggest...
"Get in a taxi where the driver insists that the only stadium in town is the World-uh Cup Stadium"
Back three spaces.

I prefer the old Cheongju stadium too. I don't think I spoke to anyone at either venue either.

Re: Lower League Supporters

Let's see if this works.

It's Martyrs against Cheonan in July 2010.

Re: Lower League Supporters

What was the score?

If anyone can post an idiots guide to including photos in a post I'll stick a few lower league fan pictures up.

Re: The "48"

Congratulations Rothesay. Jeju seems a fitting one to end on. First time I went there they switched venues without telling me and we had to get a cab to the civil stadium, arriving half an hour late. That sort of thing seemed to happen a lot. On the A-Z thing, Xanthi is a bugger to get to. Boro play...

Re: The "48"

I managed the 48 (or 49) before I left. Yangju being the last one of a frantic rush a week before I cleared off. I kept meaning to list them with a link to the relevant blog post but in the end couldn't be bothered. I did think about trying it in in South Africa which is where I am now but with an e...

Re: 2014 Challengers League season

Here's that last ever Namyangju v Martyrs game. I still maintain that they got the final score wrong,

Re: Malaysian Martyrs

Excellent, I've got a Malaysian and a Hungarian team to look out for now. I've been in South Africa for the last four months and haven't picked a team yet. The Pirates seem to have plenty of fun but it would be like picking Man City or Chelsea. I've been getting around the grounds though and writing...

Re: Tragic News

Great to hear that everything has turned out ok.

And well done to the club. Whilst they are in such a generous mood it might be worth asking them for a fifteen minute run out in one of the pre-season friendlies.

Re: 2013 Challengers League season

I was at that 0-5 Yangju game, but I didn't see paquebot. Hwaseong are a decent side, their number 21 being the pick of their players. There's not much in Yangju, a few high-rise apartment blocks surrounded by allotments.

Re: The "48"

Thanks fellas. I could have done it a whole lot quicker if I hadn't had to keep going to Oman each month. This board has been a massive help. I'd have got lost or turned up a day late far more often than I have done without the advice I've received on here.

Re: The "48"

Yangju on Saturday will complete the "49" for me, assuming no team has moved grounds without me knowing in the last few weeks. I'll stick a full list up when I can be bothered. It's about 70 grounds in total I think. I'll try and link each one to the relevant blog post if my computer skill...

Thanks Saints, I thought that would be the case after looking at their website. I'd stay down but it's Anyang v Suwon tomorrow.

Re: 2013 FA Cup Third Round

Not that is matters to anyone on here but tonights Gyeongnam vs. Mipo game has been moved and is being played at the old Changwon Stadium to give the pitch a rest.

Is that game tonight? I'm down south for the Dinos game, how long do you think it would get between the two stadiums in a cab?

Re: 2013 Challengers League season

Away at Paju next week. Yeah. I'm going. How do I get there? Piggy?! (and I don't want directions to the girls' third eleven softball game that starts two hours before on the training pitch across town!) You are in luck Your Grace. I wrote it all down in far more detail than I usually do. http://tr...
