Re: Winter Olympics
Maybe Denmark needs to get into a 'fringe' sport in the future? I don't even know if wind-surfing is an Olympic event, but if it is, and Denmark are shit at it, then my idea isn't really going to work. They're already quite good at sailing, especially the small boats and cycling is a kind of windy ...

Pretty sure I posted about a footy tour to Pyongyang a couple of years ago. Probably 2015. I can never find anything searching here but you're welcome to search

Re: The "48"
This article is in my mother language, but man this is very cheap to reach Vladivostock from Moscow, about 100 euros. I will be curious how it's the price from Vladivostock to Korea. http://www.oviatabuna.ro/cat-costa-un-bilet-la-transsiberian/ Can also do train to Beijing, another train to Tianjin...

Re: Active topics
I have the Active topics set to the last 7 days (probably just the default) and now is the first time I've ever seen it go entirely blank. If this forum does officially die, please don't burn the ashes and put them in a little urn. Despite the fact that for the whole of those 7 days Korea have been...

Re: 2017 Korean FA Cup Rounds 3 & 4
Second leg ends 0-0, so Ulsan win the cup. Surprisingly this is their first time to do so. The fact that Kim Yongdae was MotM tells you all you need to know about Ulsan's performance in the 2nd leg. Would imagine that a lot of those that tuned in will not be in a hurry to go back to another Kleague...

Thanks for that - pity I now live in what is perhaps the world's worst timezone for watching Korean football!
Let us know if it's any good.

Re: 2017 K-League Classic
So it's Sangju Sangmu sucked down into the promotion-relegation playoffs against Busan. POSCO-bankrolled Jeonnam avoid finishing second-bottom thanks only to goals scored. Sangju will either become the first South Korean club relegated three times (in just six seasons), or the first K-League Classi...

Re: 2017 K-League Classic
Let me fix that for you! Jeonbuk won * the title with a 3-0 win over second-placed Jeju. * During the course of the 2016 season Jeonbuk were deducted 9 poonts for match-fixing. Many people thought this punishment should have been held over to the start of the 2017 season in which case Jeonbuk would ...

Re: 2017 K-League Classic
I'd need a fairly detailed plan of who needs to be cleared out and what needs to be changed at grass roots before I wanted my team to miss the World Cup. Same with Scottish fans too I expect. We'll see what happens in the US. In the meantime the Investigative newshow "그것이 알고 싶다" is prepar...

Re: 2017 K-League Classic
It's similar to the situation in England where people believe that the FA needs serious reform but also that continued qualification is acceptable enough that no reform happens. Many Korean fans believe that the KFA is mis-managing the game in Korea and if they had failed to wualify then those at th...

Re: 2017 K-League Classic
Have people just given up on football in Korea? The national team is uninspiring, the leagues are dull, K-League teams already long gone in the ACL, corruption, bribery, fake passports, treating foreigner players like dirt. The game is in a real state. Are people happy they qualified for the World ...
