Re: 2018 World Cup qualification

So since I am back in the US I don't get to see the national team play often. What happened in the Iran match? Was it a turf issue or was it an incompetence issue? How bad was the turf? Everytime I went to Seoul World Cup Stadium the turf was in great shape. http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/sports/2...

It's the terminology for a fire engine; like a "rig".

Re: 2017 K3 League Advanced (D4) season

Of course there is no such thing as an unlucky season. But there are conspiracies at work. Just look at how I was regularly cheated out of prediction league trophies, year after year. Disgraceful. Clearly there are duck fetishists among the top brass in K3 towers. And while we are on conspiracy the...

Re: Europe general 2017/18

Is the UK leaving Europe or something? 11 UK and Gibraltar teams entered in the Europa League First Qualifying Round (including Rangers) and 11 UK and Gibraltar teams got knocked out in the Europa League First Qualifying Round. That's actually quite impressive. But those teams are from the parts th...

SK originally signed a ten year contract with Jeju government and 2015 they signed a two-year extension which runs out this December. So far Jeju government have not tried to open negotiations for another extension.

Jeonbuk are going all retro for this weekend's home match against Pohang - they've released a 1999 Jeonbuk Dinos inspired kit that they'll be wearing for the match: http://img4.daumcdn.net/thumb/R658x0.q70/?fname=http://t1.daumcdn.net/news/201704/20/joynews24/20170420155415988zvio.jpg http://img4.d...

Re: Korean Football on Wikipedia

This place is going to die if we don't have at least some controversy. I make it only four topics updated in the last week. With the Seoul vs Anyang match coming up in the FA Cup I think we should all make some sort of effort. With that in mind, let me ask this: Is Korean football really all that d...

Re: Korean Football on Wikipedia

FC Seoul fanbase seems to be made up of quite a large number of hangers on and casual fans who will go to games sometimes if they have nothing better to do. Even a lot of the foreign fans just drift there. A lot of their fans probably couldn't even tell you about their history and the club try to w...
